This is a Volunteer Run Event

Purpose: Celebrate Springtime with our 1st Annual Arts Festival in “downtown Cameron Park”
1. Four indoor theatre events of live entertainment – 54 seats per show, public tickets sales managed by The Stage
2. Fixed booth prices for outdoor Burke Junction spaces for nonprofits, PAA Vendors and COC Vendors - managed by co- sponsor volunteers
3. No-cost outdoor activities with an art walk, live AI Art demonstrations, introduction of newly-installed electric charging station, future art celebrations, Sierra Monarch Rescue and more community seasonal resilience boosters - managed by Community Volunteers . Vendors get your space!
Event Times: Indoor 11am - 10pm Outdoor: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
Set-up: 09:00 am to 10:45 am. Tear-down: 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Individual spaces: 10x10 spaces for standard 8x8 popup tents
Costs: Varies per vendor type: Each group sets their own fee agreements with The Stage 501c3.
Inclement weather determination: Friday, April 19th, 9:00 am
Outdoor vendors are responsible for their individual tents/canopies, tables, chairs, promotional literature, etc. and timely set-up and tear-down
