Bill Roby, now retired after seventeen years as the Executive Director of the El Dorado Community Foundation, speaks on the acceleration of change in our communities.
As part of the UC Davis Center on Regional Change, Bill will share what has been learned and the impact on businesses, politics, community development and changing demographics of El Dorado County in the next ten years.
Bill's approach to bridging the differences between conservative, progressive, and moderates in our communities relies on understanding certain elements of change. These measures are focused on data and trends outside of personal political views. Bill's talk, followed by audience Q & A, will include demonstrated changes occuring in El Dorado County on the west slope and where these changes are taking us.
