Builds everyday skills like listening, yes-and collaboration, status awareness, reframing, and staying calm under pressure. We use real-world scenarios with quick debriefs to turn practice into life lessons. The goal is clearer communication, trust, and practical confidence.

Improv for the Stage- New Dates Added!
Trains you to play for an audience with stage presence, projection, timing, character work, narrative beats, and the game of the scene. We also cover mise en scene, sightlines, physicality, and clean edits so scenes look polished. The goal is strong audience connection, laughs, and show-ready work.

Both tracks build confidence and spontaneity; the drills simply target different outcomes.
Intro to Improv for Real Life
Join “Luminous Linda”, known in the improv community for her electric presence, trained at The Second City Toronto, former improv TA, and powerhouse career strategist for a dynamic class where you’ll build confidence, quick thinking, and connection through play.
Whether you are brand new or just a little rusty, each session is drop-in friendly and designed to stand on its own.

Intro to Improv for The Stage
3-week cumulative series + showcase
Step into the spotlight! This playful yet structured 3-week course introduces you to the fundamentals of stage improv. With “Luminous Linda” trained at The Second City Toronto, former improv TA, and dynamic stage performer, you’ll build confidence, sharpen your stage presence, and collaborate with others to create bold, unscripted theatre. The series culminates in a showcase where you’ll perform for friends and family.
No experience needed. Just bring your energy and curiosity.
